History of Alwar

Born of an ore-heavy mountain and the magic of Ateraan, Alwar is a nymph of grand stature. Once called the ruler of the mountains by the relatively short lived humans in the sparse villages around his home, he would occasionally move that which threatened the peace of his home.

When not watching over the lands beneath his home, he would spend most of his time deep in thought and observation of the world around him. Many times he saw the cycles of nature in the changes of the seasons, the migration of the birds, and even the motion of the water. Finding he wanted to study more, he left his home, and took the names that were given to him in the language of the humans who had lived there. Alwar, a guardian of all, and Fairgunireiks, the mountain ruler.

Alwar prefers not to speak much, and has been known to rest for many months, and occasionally years, before becoming active again.

On February 6th, 1521, Alwar was inducted into the Druid Guild of Ateraan. He met the phoenix nymph Soraya, one of those called a rogue, and began to court her. During the courtship, she decided to leave the  monastery and pursue the path of a druid with him. On July 1st, 1521 they married, shortly after she had become a druid.

The next day, July 2nd, 1521, the Druidlord appointed Alwar as the Archdruid, leader of the Druids Guild and the Nature Faith, to replace the missing Urushna, and her wandering assistant, Princess Uelenariae Caezdufi ti fluerenzhifer Ziragunixefe, known to many as Uel.
